FINALLY. Maybe not metformin weight loss reviews everyone else was waiting for this, but as a big Eastwood fan in general, I have been. We know Clint’s capable of making great films for sure with a pretty solid track record the past 10 years including Million Dollar Baby & Mystic River. I may have been severly disappointed by Invictus, but no one’s perfect. This is the first look we’ve seen so far outside of the single picture for Hereafter above, and I think it’s a pretty interesting trailer.
I love Clint’s shadow-lighting aesthetic created by frequent collaborator Tom Stern. And I’m really excited to see Bryce Dallas Howard in a role of what appears to be some real substance. For more info on the story here’s Clint’s words on what it’s about, as I previously quoted in my Oscar preview column:
“… three different metformin 1000 mg dosage stories with people who have gone through some sort of stressful time and it’s about how they sort of converge together. Much like a lot of French movies have been in the past, where the stories kind of converge together, and destiny drives each person towards the other.”
And here’s an official plot synopsis from WB on the Apple Trailers page.
The story of three people who are haunted by mortality in different ways. Matt Damon stars as George, a blue–collar American who has a special connection to the afterlife. On the other side of the world, Marie (Cécile de France), a French journalist, has a near–death experience that shakes her reality. And when Marcus (Frankie/George McLaren), a London schoolboy, loses the person closest to him, he desperately needs answers. Each on a path in search of the truth, their lives will intersect, forever changed by what they believe might—or must—exist in the hereafter.
I’m intrigued. Check it out below. Hereafter hits theatres everywhere on October 22nd.
