The anti-Oscars, aka the Razzies, are annually metformin side effects hair loss held the night before the Academy Awards. The Golden Raspberry Award Foundation prides itself on honoring the worst of the worst that Hollywood has to offer. Often seen as an industry joke, Razzie nominations and subsequent wins can only be equated to being served a cold dish of humility by the foundation and its members. This year, the Razzies nominated trash-cinema like Sex & the City 2, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, and The Last Airbender, but only the greatest offenses to movie-goers world wide can take home the reviled award.

I make no apologies for my love of most of Night’s work over the last decade, but The Last Airbender has become indefensible. I think I gave it one of its more positive reviews in the blogosphere, but despite its brilliant score and (comparably) standout performance by Shaun Toub, the film is a train wreck.
