Jurassic Park Theme – High School Guitar Orchestra Style
John Williams has given us what is undeniably some of the most memorable motion picture music of all time and his Jurassic Park score is one of his most iconic. Williams’ themes have been adapted and performed nearly every way imaginable over the years, and all are memorable in their own ways. Sometimes I think I can still hear the bombastic, triumphant rendition of his classic Raiders March the high school band gave my graduating class as we walked out of the auditorium on graduation day five years ago. Shiba High School of Tokyo, Japan had a similar idea, but decided they would perform Williams’ Jurassic theme with only the use of guitars.

Check out FX’s new promo posters of their acclaimed series Justified. I just finished watching Season 1 last week and it’s quite awesome. There’s something so Westernly quaint about it captured wholly and with the utmost integrity by Timothy Olyphant as Deputy U.S. Marshall Raylan Givens. And that’s an awesome name as well.
